One Minute Wall Ball Challenge

Thank you to all who sent in their submissions for the Wall Ball Challenge! Check out the video for a recap of the great work our players and coaches put in on the wall this week.

We will reach out to you via email about your prize!

1. Find a wall, rebounder, chimney, or any flat surface that will bounce back a lacrosse ball – make sure your parents approve.
2. Record a video of the player throwing and catching against the wall for one minute.
3. Count the number of completed catches.
4. Email your name, grade, number of catches and a copy of your video to social@lblax.org.

The boy and girl at each age group (1/2, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8) who get the most catches in one minute will win a pack of 6 lacrosse balls! We will also award three prizes for the most creative wall setups. All submissions are due by 11:59 PM on Friday April 10th and winners will be announced on Saturday on our social media channels.
